The government is always robbing everyone.

The government is always robbing everyone.

Governments are the enforcement wing of Capitalism. So it’s both really.
My problem is that I know I can get ready in 15mins so I just leave it until the absolute last moment despite constantly thinking it would be nice not doing that.
For years I would wake up, have a shower, iron a shirt and be out of the house to work in 20mins.

Maybe they tried to unionise?

There are a lot of big companies using Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning and other EPM stuff.

Civ V is in that sweet spot between not being VI/VII and not quite showing it’s age yet. It’s got some great mods like the LotR stuff and Faerun. IMO for fantasy 4x, Warlock II with the Renaissance overhaul mod is best though.

I’m playing FH4 atm and I feel that! The combination of NPCs always talking, the UI being locked while they do and the fact you can’t lower the speech volume below 1/10 is pretty fucking annoying.
I think FH5 was a bit better in that regard but it’s been a while so I may be mis-remembering.
backup HDDs
They were spun down the majority of the time. I’m not an idiot.
spinning-down hdd’s when they’re not in use
I’ve just been through this recently. I decided to have my 2 backup HDDs spin down when not in use (99% of the time). I ran into an issue though where I needed them to wake up for SMART tests (which SMART didn’t trigger). Tried a few things that didn’t work so just set them to spin all the time. There’s about a 1-2w difference when they’re spinning all the time. So it’s just not something worth worrying about IMO (In the UK with high energy costs that comes out to 1.3 pence per day roughly).

I bet it’s because they overheat the e-juice
I remember there being a study years ago where they even went so far as to heat it until the wicking material (cotton iirc) started to burn then claimed vapes contain the chemicals that were created by the combustion (if you let your vape go dry or you hold the button way too long it’s disgusting, nobody would vape like that all the time). The cigarette industry has no morals and will fund anyone who will publish their dodgy “research”.

Ubuntu has better hardware support. It also has PPAs which Debian does not.
I have found Kavita to be excellent.

The title says it is bringing the option for age verification, not that it is age verification.

They don’t call the systemd change “age verification” in the article.
In fact, they specifically make the point that it isn’t.
