Switch, GBA-SP, and the Sega Dreamcast

The Switch is both versatile and works very well. The previous two generations of Nintendo consoles struggled with their motion controllers but the Switch cracked it. It’s got a great library, including indies and emulation of older console libraries, and is a good size for on-the-go use.

The GBA has a great library but the SP redesign perfected the form factor. I still have and use mine.

The Dreamcast was so adventurous and bold, from the save cards having their own screens and going in the controllers to its ambitious library. I know it suffered from cost and timing but the console itself was a treasure.

Spanish is one. Western Hemisphere Spanish has different second-person singular pronouns depending on relative status / formality / familiarity. One uses “tu” for inferiors, intimates, and children, and “usted” for superiors and respected strangers. Spain does as well, but they also have variants for second person plural pronouns.
