How are these people driving anywhere is all the roads are shut due to flooding? But when I look at satellite view I can see some floodwater still there but not all?

Lol. I’m only partly serious, like say 88%. Look I’ve been told I could talk under wet concrete, but hey that’s when I’m getting paid at work or drinking beer outside of work.
