It appears to recognise the human body structure as biological. But would it discern the various parts when confronted with an actual gigantic human, as opposed to a tiny one on a monitor? That’s not clear at all.

Spiders cannot even envision you. You’re just a huge thing, maybe a wall, to them, not at all part of their universe.
Jumping spiders at the very least do. It’s likely even more do as well.
