Yes.
Yes
I think people are vastly overestimating the amount of rinsing required for a shower. Scrubbing with soapy water is like 99.9% of the shower. You don’t need a constant hose blast of fresh water to have enough water to do that and actually is probably removing the soap too early.
To answer the question, away because I’m not a sicko But obviously turning to rinse when needed.
‘yeah I like to wash my hair with the showerhead angled to get shampoo into my face half the time’ --most of the replies apparently
You do know you can wash both sides, right?
Yes.
I tend to face away while soaping up, and I face the water when I’m rinsing off. I also shave in the shower, and I do that facing away.
I’m like a rotisserie chicken in there
This is the way.
Away, unless I’m stomping the turd down the drain, then I guess I’m facing towards it
OP please tell me that you don’t just wash one side of your body.
I rotisserie chicken when I’m actually washing myself (and take down there hose to wash my genitals) but if I’m taking a hot shower to self soothe / emotionally regulate I face away.
Upside down so I get a good undercarriage wash.
Yes
I sit. I close my eyes and tilt my head up, letting the drops fill my ears
I go up and down while spinning like a yo-yo
I face away from it because it offends me. It’s a rocky relationship.
I do rapid backflips the whole shower to make sure I’m getting washed all over.
