Can someone explain Lemmy’s algorithm to me? This has 83 downvotes and 7 upvotes at the time of writing, but it’s like the 11th post on my home feed when sorted by hot. Clearly nobody thinks this is a good post for the comminity; how is this still being shown in default feeds (not ‘newest’ or ‘controversial’ or so) at all?

I’m no electronic engineer, but I have read a lot of sci-fi over the years. To this ignorant individual, meaning me, it seems that the drones could be modified to zero in on the blocking signal.

Just to make sure I understand this correctly. The best images we have of this system that jams ukranian drones is a video of a ukranian drone casually idling by it? The brain drain hit russia hard, didn’t it?

Look where this comes from…it’s lemmygrad. Aka ruzzian propaganda. russia is fucked, it’s a corpse that hasn’t figured out it’s dead yet.

Well the russian are out of fuel so keeping their versions of the AWACs and Prowlers in the air is going to be an issue. Also as soon as they light up that jammer there are surface to air and air to air missiles that will find it quick
