So few months ago, I met a 47yrs old man online, we’ve been talking for months and everything was going well until he started asking for my personal info. I actually showed him my id and cover some part because of safety and yet he keeps asking me to send it without covering anything on it. I blocked him the second day because I don’t feel safe again. Is that the right thing to do or I’m not being patient enough

Apart from that I don’t think only older men can respect their women. It’s true that men above 30 have matured somewhat but you can find decent people in any age range. And, obviously, bad people too, as you discovered.
