    oh yeah, for sure. although in TU2 James has this weird Jack White -inspired (iirc) guitar that bends the b-string via the shoulder strap, which enables the sound of the clean guitar in the verses. it’s kinda wonky trying to emulate the bends on a normal guitar, but never stopped me before.

        yeah it ain’t that tricky. the solo in TU2 might have been the first actual guitar solo I ever learned to play, and back in the day i used to play the fingerpicking part in the original with just my thumb and index, then slowly learning to control the rest of my fingers. that was nearly twenty years ago, and now i feel old ):
