So basically, in my lore, the highest queen of hell is canonically a trans woman and a lesbian. Her name is Yàng Hēibái—her surname comes first—and she’s considered the ultimate abomination due to her parents’ highly scandalous romance. Yàng’s father is Asmodeus and her mother is a native-born demonic high queen—she’s the ruler of the underwater kingdom.

Her father’s ultimate sin was fornicating with a demon, which led to his fall. Just before he fell, his queen fell pregnant with their child. Due to the sheer level of power that her nephalem child would possess, she had been pregnant for over 2,000 Earth years (~200 underworld years).
