I thought it was not addictive to us only becasuse we take it in microdoses

E.g i’m supposed to do 2 lots of 5 micrograms of methylphenidate hydrochloride (aka ritalin but not by ritalin) a day, i haven’t been very consistent and onky do 1 a day when i do take it
