But then that daycare eats up that entire wage, leaving the parents in the same spot financially but now without time or energy.

As a result of that the need for daycare arises, then that daycare gobbled up that ENTIRE wage in my country. It does not work. It costs too much. No matter how much you justify the cost from the business point of view.

Which is what the original post was commenting on. Maybe in your country it’s different and overhead for daycare is Non-Existent… I don’t know. In any case your disbelief doesn’t make my statement untrue unless you can bake up your claims with some kind of evidence. Instead of “nuh-uh”.
