The Needle has concluded that the State Department is likely asserting the power to deem U.S. citizens who they determine to be ideologically “far-left”, and who seem to be especially active in transgender advocacy, as “national security” risks, and consequently revoking their passports.

What is happening in the US is a shame. It should make common people there resist, because whatever is already happening to minorities will also happen to many of them without any logical reasons - fascism always needs an outgroup.
And marking antifascists as terrorists simple says out loud: “We are Fascists”, because noone else has anything to fear from Antifa. The only people i ever had to fear were far-right, either with a religious twist (in our area mostly islam, but there are also a few christian shitheads causing trouble) or with a racial purity twist (mainly germanic, but also turkish grey wolves). And i am an autochthon citizen, not someone visibly different.
Not once has anyone on the left threatened me, but they were often the first line of defense to prevent violence in the first place, simply by being present and communicating that violence will have a cost. Marking these people as terrorists is like marking firefighters as arsonists.
