If everyone can work together and craft proper resources for their communities, then everyone has equal opportunities to having goods and services. Anarchism is about mutual aid at an equal level.
I thought anarchy wasn’t against just rulers, but government and central authority as well?

There is no central authority or government. Like I said, you don’t need authorities to build houses. If everyone can work together and craft proper resources for their communities, then everyone has equal opportunities to having goods and services.
