95% of the time i play games i play with friends, otherwise i just watch youtube. Can anyone maybe help me? (i know this is little to work of off but i dont know what to say)

        theres still hope twin, if you, for example (not saying that you or me should do this, its just for demonstrational purposes): if you quit youtube and stuff entirely and dont go back, it will most definitely improve your overall mental state and such. keep going at it 🥹❤️‍🩹
