The amount of dinosaurs in oil is less then negligeble at best. Oil is the result of huge mats of dead plankton getting trapped below the seafloor and then pressure-cooked into crude oil. We’re talking millions of tons of dead plants and animals accumulating as sediment in (geologically) short timeframes, more than would have ever been possible to produce with the biomass of dinosaurs.

They easily hop six-foot block walls, and snatch chihuahuas and other such tasty snacks.
We don’t have any stray cats in my neighborhood. The very few cats you see outside are skittish af and stay close to home.
