One of my coworkers had some of similar symptoms and it was hypothyroidism, it’s pretty common and extremely easy to treat

I won’t diagnose you over internet but if i was in your position, i’d at least take a blood test for thyroid hormones. One of my coworkers had some of similar symptoms and it was hypothyroidism, it’s pretty common and extremely easy to treat
