Hate is too weak a word for what I feel towards the NHS. I’d tear it down and salt the earth upon which it stood.

    What a complete and utter disaster that would be. The man is a complete idiot.

    He will have no constructive alternative to offer, just some waffle about immigrants and spongers.

      I am sure he has some buddy just waiting to sell private insurance for a premium to those that can afford it - everyone else? Thoughts & prayers, I guess.

      Yes they do. Privatization, probably selling it to US health firms. The rich will think that is great.
