My meals almost always look like this:

1. Canned or precooked protein
2. Boiled Grain
3. microwave steamed vegetable
4. Canned beans
5. Seasoning
6. Like 10ml of a fat

This sounds nasty when you genericize it but tonight I had mac and cheese with rotisserie chicken and broccoli. If I threw some sizzle words in there you’d think it was fancy.

An al dente artisinal pasta folded into a rich, velvety emulsified cheese reduction, tossed with succulent hand-pulled rotisserie chicken and vibrant, flash-steamed crisp-tender broccoli florets.

See? Fancy.
