i really like to customize and theme android, but it feels like basically all of the big boy apps are closed source and probably track the living shit out of you

any apps that are FOSS and doesn’t steal my data?

NOTE: im not paying for anything, i know that disqualifies alot of apps but i just want something free

    There’s launchers for that.

    Otherwise your UI elements are probably going to be application specific and to be able to theme those you would need an application support for that built in.

        You still have not explained what part of the UI you’re trying to customize. Or for which apps. There’s a lot of apps out there that support themes… But it’s an individual basis sort of thing.
