If this is desktop Firefox, try clicking on the lock icon by the URL bar, choosing “Connection secure”, choosing “More Information”, choosing “Media” and then picking the item out of the list (it may help to sort by type), and then clicking “Save As…”

And yes, that is a highly-unintuitive place to put it, IMHO.
