Calls is where I use it most, but I haven’t had much trouble typing and walking at the same time, where I thought I would struggle. I’m pretty much doing agentic coding now vs hand cranking everything so I think that also makes it a bit easier to walk and type.
Even just standing up vs sitting down makes a big difference to my concentration.
Yesterday I managed to get in about 10k steps. I do get really warm walking though, and my colleagues said the same thing, so it might not be ideal right now if you’re in the south of England where it’s boiling!
