Jewish leaders in Michigan are circulating an open letter urging Jewish Democrats and independents in the battleground state to sign their names in support of former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) as he faces Abdul El-Sayed, the far-left Democratic nominee for Senate whose hostile positions on Israel have alarmed many Jewish voters.
The letter, which was obtained by Jewish Insider on Wednesday and has not yet been publicized, is led by Eric Bronstein, a Detroit businessman, among others identifying as Democrats and independents.
It came to light after a fundraiser for Rogers on Tuesday night hosted by three prominent Jewish Democratic bundlers in Michigan who are likewise alarmed by El-Sayed’s candidacy. The growing efforts among Jewish Democrats to rally support for Rogers in the key Senate race illustrate the degree to which El-Sayed has alienated a sizable and politically active swing voting bloc in what is expected to be a close election.

Yeah. Tell me again how it is the Zionists that are a problem and not everyday Jewish people. Very, very hard not to feel a bit antisemetic right now.
These sure sound like Zionists to me. Zionists and those trying to push Zionists love to describe themselves as Jewish while policing the Jewishness of Antizionists. It’s a propaganda tool, not reality.
I guess this guy is all Jews now, folks.
Pretty fucking gross, dude. Even if it was every Jew, the response should be how did we alienate them, and can the relationship be rehabilitated without compromising our morals? not Welp, Jews bad.
The main parties across the west use the jewish community as tools to attack upstarts in their parties and opponents. Not all Jewish people are their tools, Jewish Voices for Peace and the like and all. Bernie Sanders is Jewish too.
The party, and their media, are going to frame it as Jewish because tarring everyone not falling in line with their best fascist friends is an effective tactic because some people (in this case you,) are too, let’s say misguided, to not be manipulated by the polits and their media.
Thanks for that perspective! A fair point.
The majority of American Jews are not Zionists and a huge and growing portion of those are in fact anti-Zionist these days. Moreover, Jewish people have been at the forefront of almost every Palestinian solidarity movement in the US since before people started finally waking the fuck up in only the last couple of years to this century-long Zionist anti-Arab ethnostate horror project. And we will continue to do so even when we have to contend with pieces of shit like you with your shallow and feckless “solidarity” and sympathy at the same time.
