So now you have to open CMD and run the command OOBE\BYPASSNRO reboot and it’ll give you the option to skip. Had to look that one up cause yeah it used to be just boot w/o Ethernet plugged in

They removed the option. Even if you boot with WiFi off. So now you have to open CMD and run the command OOBE\BYPASSNRO reboot and it’ll give you the option to skip. Had to look that one up cause yeah it used to be just boot w/o Ethernet plugged in

As someone pointed out below, Rufus does have a feature now that lets you check a box to do this automatically.
