if your rich and able/willing to compartmentalize your concious (and in good health, you have to be super-roch to afford getting sick in US) it’s fine enough, but then being rich is fine everywhere

It 100% is. Which is why the US constantly has problems with people immigrating illegally as even that idea is preferable to staying in the country they currently live.
