I haven’t gone deep into Marxist content on YouTube and the other reason I’m looking for suggestions is because I’ve had enough of the slanderization of communism on the internet. I don’t know any certain ML youtubers but it would be nice if you guys give me some channels to find out.

The East is a Podcast is Tankie through and through. Sina also produces a bunch of other shows. Adnan Husain (also the name of the channel) is a medieval historian who works from a Islamic perspective. Lara at Psychic Militancy is a clinical psychologist from Lebanon, she’s an anarchist but a materialist one that reads theory and understands the abolition of the state must come after the abolition of imperialism. The Red Nation is an Indigenous American podcast with Marxist roots but is focused more on the anti-colonial struggle on turtle island. The Anit-Imperialis Scholar’s Collective and Critical Theory Workshop have some more dense academic/theoretical analysis and discussions.

The Anti-empire Project with Justin Podur was really good but he has left youtube because it is a fascist imperialist platform that sensors anti-imperialist and anti-zionist content and so he has posted up on substack because they are less into censorship. Same goes for Resistance is Fertile, they have moved over to Substack because they were banned for being unflinchingly supportive of the Axis of Resistance.

Millennials are Killing Capitalism have some interesting work though they sometimes strike me as bit revisionist… The have a series analyzing 80s films and deconstructing the propaganda embedded in millennial popular culture.(not my jam) They also have some good talks with academics and organizers discussing current events and actions. (my jam)

The Electronic Intifada is not explicitly ML but some of them are.

Warwick Powell is a Chinese Australian university professor who specializes in economics, supply chains and technology. I don’t know if he is explicitly ML but he is undoubtedly Marxist and is very supportive of China’s system of governance and international policy.

there’s probably some more good ones I cant think of.

Adnan Husain is one of my favs. Also seconding East is a Podcast and Red Nation, and usually MAKC but the film review ones get tired. Adnan had a terrific talk with Pascal Lottaz at Neutrality Studies. Pascal has some of those conservative anti imperialist Glenn Diesen rotation schmucks on but he gets so enthusiastic when he hosts people like Adnan and Radhika Desai that you know where his sympathies lie.
