I didn’t read the entire thing yet, but disrupting faa employees, could be construed as interfering with a federal agent’s duty or whatever, they’ve been charging people with it left and right for non offenses these last two years in relation to ICE.
Impeding infrastructure is now a serious felony in many states. Simply standing on the sidewalk outside somewhere could be construed as that after the police get done.
I am not saying don’t protest, but don’t do it in a way where you end up in federal court. That is especially true in shitholy states like Texas.
Anything you do, especially if it is in any way effective will quite possibly land you in federal court and or a detention center and or beat up by Trump’s thugs. It doesn’t really matter what is legal anymore. The only defense is if enough people are involved that they literally cannot arrest all of us. Trump and his goons are fucking over the social contract. So we don’t have to hold up our end either.
