lend me £9.80 for 6 days

bank want CCTV, but I didn’t steal my own card so even though I and they know where the card was used I cannot obtain the CCTV as I’m not the data subject (the fraudster is!) so it can’t be released to me, and the bank said it’s not their process to seek it! I’m now £48 down a week before payday. I’m paid on Monday, lost £48 to card not present fraud and now can’t eat or feed my cat from tomorrow. If you are UK based and would loan £9.80 until Monday I will pay you £30 back.
