So you could do it in public without the apparatus, if you had the specially designed shoes and placed the hooks ahead of time. (and had good core strength)

I’m a quite short woman (two standard deviations from average!💪🏻) and met this guy who was like considerably shorter than I am, had to have qualified as a little person, since I’m only a couple inches too tall to qualify myself, and he was quite attractive.
