My poor wife has to deal with my adhd all the time, which includes cooking. I can’t stand cooking, and have always looked for ways to avoid it. I’ve seen lots of people on here express the same sentiment, and I’m curious if anybody has any advice? What works for you to trick your brain into cooking?

    I have a slow cooker / rice cooker and it is great. Rice turns over to warm and when I slow cook it’s usually very forgiving on the time. Lol

    One of the things I love getting is packets of Indian curry or dal from Amazon but they also sell refried beans in those packets. Pot of rice put up into portions frozen and it’s easy to have a good meal

      I dont think you understand how hard it is for me rn to not question your use of amazon. So im not going to, but instead express how frustrating I find it.
