i’m not mexican, but looks like a decent burrito. i don’t remember if the tortilla has to be grilled, i thought that you just used it as is
am Mexican. Grilling a burrito is unusual, yeah. Sometimes you lightly cook the tortilla beforehand to make it more pliable, but you don’t put burrito back on the stove after wrapping. The places that do do that are doing it so that the food doesn’t fall apart as easily I think.
