I genuinely figured these were just gibberish, created for the sake of the meme. Or at least that someone took actual band logos and added more superfluous Iines to them to make them even more unintelligible. But no, judging by your links, it looks like these are actual logos used by legitimate bands.
I think the point is to express genre - you can often guess it right by the typeface of the logo - how noisy the music is and/or how hard it is to decipher lyrics based on the sound alone
They’re real, in use, and for the meme. This specific subgenre of heavy music is very self-aware and at least 30% tongue-in-cheek, while at the same time being serious. It’s a lot more fun and a lot sillier than it appears from the outside, I promise.
It’s sort of like that discourse that happened awhile ago about the difference between “camp” and “tacky”; this stuff is strongly camp, just its own kind of camp.
