Everyone in that conflict constantly uses ceasefires and situations like this to gear up for ‘surprise’ attacks.

Didnt break deal but still would impact morale and probably cause lots of casualties.

Technically it doesn’t start till 10am, you know people will show up early to view the parade… Launch attack at 945am and be sure it’s over by 10am.
