Oh so Obama is gonna be arrested for overthrowing Libya? Executing American citizens by drone strike? Bombing a wedding? Bombing a hospital? Refusing to prosecute anyone from the 2008 financial crisis? Imprisoning Chelsea Manning without charges? Allowing the Deepwater horizon disaster to happen and go unpunished? Helping Saudi Arabia commit genocide in Yemen?

no, obama will be arrested for presidenting while black, a rare subspecies of the x-while-black crime family. a true american classic.
as usual, he will get no recognition for his tireless help in getting trump elected (such as helping torpedo bernie).
They really don’t wanna open the precedent of charging a US president for war crimes.
Not that it matters, the Judiciary is just a little theater to justify giving the Epstein class what they want

I’m all for this. Let’s make it so presidents can be tried for treason. Then go down the list of the most treasonous.
Starting with him, if that wasn’t obvious. If he can’t be tried for it, what’s the point of going after the others who did less and are no longer in power?
I think he has a belief that our system is like the old Roman system where you were safe from legal action as long as you hold office.
Unfortunately, reality seems to side with him at the moment. Him winning in 2024 allowed him to shut down all the real investigations into his first term.
I think he truly believes that since Obama and Biden are out of office they are fair game, and I think he believes he’ll never leave office.
Trump demands. People demand trump shut up.
Oh I demand more than that.
