Accommodations are “have the ones with kids have the early shifts and have them have the vacation during school holidays”
Because no childless person could possibly ever want those things.
Of course they want those things as well, otherwise there wouldn’t be a problem in the first place.
Why would you want to take your vacation while kids are out of school? Anywhere you go will be overrun by kids…
