When sellers outnumber buyers, the buyers who are in the market have bargaining power. In other words, it’s a buyer’s market.

    It’s not a buyer’s market because homes are still absurdly overpriced. The scammers are just realizing that they can’t scam us any harder because we literally don’t have the money for it.
