The most similar might be a sulfite-heavy wine? Afaik urine smells mostly because of sulfites.
IDK, the hops taste that most popular beer brands have is kinda similar, too.
Hmm, hops are mostly bitter and maybe a bit floral tasting to me. I don’t know how bitter piss is but maybe haha.
