On the bright side my recommended videos are all out of whack, in a good way.
I don’t get suggested videos way out of my subscriptions and interest, but I also get less suggested videos based on my interests and get old videos from my subs and videos I’ve watched lol.
I asked a few friends about their YouTube recommendations, since they’re less militant screwing with YouTube.
It seems to be a YouTube wide issue right now. Their recommendations are also similar to mine. Showing older videos within their interests, and old videos they’ve watched. Tbf this is just a sample of 3 so it’s still anecdotal so take it with a grain of salt.
So far it’s still safe to use with an account.

The recommendation thing sounds interesting, might have to do with morphe removing some tracking which throws off the recommendation algorithm.
