I don’t think that that’s a tank, for one. Some kind of light armored fighting vehicle.
Not a tank in the Main Battle Tank sense, which is what I’d consider a tank. I can’t identify the platform from the picture, though.
I wouldn’t attempt to fire anything through that “barrel“, and that “turret” wouldn’t be a place to be in under any sort of hostile activity, trebuchet shots or otherwise.
