I was in a park once and someone walked up behind me and OD’d right there. Fortunately the groups I associate with I don’t think a single person there didn’t have narcan on them. Dude probably realized he was about to drop dead and came over for help we got him up and running again in no time. Carry narcan, people, shit saves lives

Is that something I can just throw in my glovebox like a few tampons in case of random occurrences, or do they go bad in heat? I know some people have told me I shouldn’t keep water bottles in the car, but I always used to keep some in the back seat. Warm water is better than no water in a pinch I always figured. Someone told me it was bad for pregnant people though, something about the plastic leeching into the water

They do go bad in heat, above about 80f starts to degrade it and like 100 is definitely bad. They last a few years at room temps so there’s some leeway with heat exposure but I don’t know the specifics.

There is a nasal spray and an injection. The injection works faster and more reliably but if you aren’t used to needles there is higher risk to yourself (accidental stick if the person starts moving).

Me at 15 watching my older siblings using drugs.

Me at 60, having learned from their mistakes early on, and having never touched the stuff.

    It’s the same picture.
