Especially when combined with emails to Epstein about him worrying he gave his then wife an STD and asking how to sneakily cure her of whatever it was, and what his ex wife has said about their divorce.
There is evidence, albeit not (publicly known at least) enough to be conclusive, which is that he frequented an island famous for pedophilia.
