dynasties: The sign of an absence of authority

Be less stupid, you’re like someone who grew up on drug war propaganda trying weed and not dying, then going all the way to concluding heroine is safe and cool.

Development doesn’t corelate with authoritarianism. Considering what has been done to the north during the Korean war and what it’s international relations have been since then, it’s hardly a suprise the country is in bad shape.

Still, doesn’t change the fact that it’s authoritarian and OP’s an apologist.

Not so hard to believe when you realize the west has been lying/spreading propaganda about the DPRK for decades for the crime of being AES

“Actually Existing Socialism…” and when you encounter somebody in the wild using this term unironically, you can just go ahead and assume you’re dealing with an actual, honest-to-goodness tankie (the true kind)

It’s a term they throw around in order to try and convince people that regimes like the DPRK are actually socialist… as if “Monarchism With Kalashnikovs” (which is a more accurate description of the DPRK) somehow qualifies.

No, Clyde… hard to believe because your “proof” comes from the same place flat-earthers get theirs - from inside your own arrses.

If the DPRK is so “non-authoritarian,” what are you still doing here?

Okay I wouldn’t say always. They had really rough patches as a result of the imperialist siege and had to wield authority with impunity. They don’t have to do this these days but we shouldn’t obscure their history to support what they are now.
