My wording is a bit confusing, sorry about that.
Her coworkers thought she was a man because she insisted she wasn’t trans when she started working there, she still had M on her ID, so she thought it would be easier to boy mode. They thought she was a femboy while strangers just saw her as is.
That’s cool! I have a friend in a similar position, she insists that she can still boy mode, despite her “boy mode” voice sounding like when a voice actress dubs a barely pubescent boy. At her previous workplace her coworkers got a kick out of every stranger correctly assuming she was a girl and “correcting” them. Tho hearing her story made me feel a lot less anxious about my boy mode, like I don’t need to hide as much.
I’m in a similar camp. My attraction is almost exclusively fem leaning in practice. Even tho it’s actually about understanding and safety for me, so some men do occasionally fall under that umbrella. Tho it’s true that these men are also usually queer in some way and super kind and soft :P
I’m quite comfortable using sapphic for my self, especially since when it comes to romance, the area of attraction tightens further once emotional resonance becomes more than just a vague preference.
From what I hear it’s different for everyone. In my case I’ve become extremely affectionate while my desire for penetrative intercourse (in any direction) has become super selective. I’ve also gained the ability to turn arousal on and off at will. Tho predominantly I just wanna rub my cheeks and cuddle everything.
