Neoliberals may have lost against Trump because of the election rigging but they still performed much better than leftists.

Loans come with interest payments which makes the cost increase. If someone can’t afford solar panels without a loan then they can’t afford them with the additional interest payments.

Solar panels are cheaper in the long run after up front costs. People who can’t afford their monthly electric bill don’t have the capital for the up front costs.

But if I could afford to install a system, yes it would be cheaper after X amount of years.

If someone can’t afford their electric bill how are they going to afford solar panels?

In this context a “rigged election” just means trying to prevent anti-GOP voters from voting.

The fact of the matter is if the polls are wrong for Hillary then they are wrong for Bernie.

Wrong doesn’t mean that averaging them out gives you an indicator of what the real election results would be.

It means that the polls are wrong and will skew one way or another depending on the group polled.

Republicans were praying that Bernie would win the primary in 2016 because they knew he would be easier to beat.

I personally know 2 conservatives that switched to democrat to vote for Bernie in the 2016 primary because they were so confident he would lose but they weren’t sure they could beat Hilary. They laughed at the idea of Bernie winning.

No one wanted Clinton or Biden, but the DNC forced them through, which certainly showed with voter turnout.

They both did better than leftist. Which is expected because centrist are the largest voting demographic.

They could use this moment we are in right now to win some of the base back. Hold town halls, where all they do is listen to communities. Use all of that to develop a platform people actually get excited for. Put forth candidates who reflect those values. ??? Potentially get the ship pointed in the general direction that might lead us to something better than what we have now.
