Right now I’m on pills, but just in case they become unavailable I’ve also prepared to switch to injections 🙂

I started with patches but the levels were also a bit sketchy on me for some reason and they constantly became unavailable which was stupid stressful.

I know people it works great on, but my skin don’t absorb it :(

More or less, including a handful of estrogel dispensers that I can’t use and don’t know what to do with + a separate prepper stash, just in case!

There’s a risk they’ll ignore it, but you might be able to find a guide for clinicians on your gender clinic that explains what a referral must include. I’m danish, but that helped my clueless (but friendly) doctor write a proper referral.

Jeg syntes at det er okay forbundet, men nogle hjørner ligger op til en anden presentation end andre.

Det er mere besværligt når grupper af instanser blokerer hinanden uden at folk forstår hvorfor de pludseligt ikke kan se deres venner længere.

Jeg startede kun med en mastodon konto, men feedet er for anderledes ift. hvad Lemmy ligger op til så lavede en ny bruger. Samme med Peertube og andre fødererede services, mastodon bruger indtil det er bedre med en ny bruger :)
