To actually be clones without risk of mutated genomes, they would need to be sterile.
All the clone wars pseudo-canon showed that they were not sterile though 🤔

Linux@lemmy.ml•Are you using systemd or an alternative, what do you recommend?

Good stuff
The main question, where are the Snapdragon Laptops and is Linux support there?
ARM support highly depends on the device tree and drivers, as poorly it is often not standardised it seems.
An m2 Macbook would be the easy option, but soldered storage is horrible. Mac minis etc need a stupid adapter but then you can use NVMEs.

Linux@programming.dev•GNOME 50 Drops Google Drive Integration (For a Valid Reason)
0·4 days agoOh damn. I was at a shitty startup once which uses macs/windows with google everything and additional external services. Worked through thunderbird and drive also through KDE’s KIO.
While I wouldnt want to maintain these things (similar to exchange support in thunderbird or DRM support in Firefox) they are extremely important for harm reduction.

Interesting. So while the handover was pretty bad, I think this is the version to go with
I am using researchxxl’s fork now and it works fine, had 2 updates in the meanwhile
Using termux full time for running network facing services is pretty insecure. Termux should not be relied on for sensitive things, EVERY process runs as the same user.
Its not Rusts fault, the devs are simply lazy and making insecure products, as they dont want to rewrite everything.

They auto download binaries, even proprietary ones, unsigned and without user interaction.
YEAH security!
