21 days agoNot really. DARPA is only getting $4.9B of the US’s $181.4B research budget this year. For comparison, the NIH is getting nearly 10x what DARPA is getting.
A lot of people have a very weird understanding of what DARPA does.

Actually maybe. Imagine you got your back stuck on a 1 ft diameter pipe. That’s 735 lbs pushing on you.
I’ve mostly switched to only opening bananas from the butt end, and I think my friends are about half and half.
