0·13 days agoI would suggest getting a bluetooth capabable laptop, passing the bluetooth radio to an android emulator and sideloading that APK to see if it’ll connect. Once you do that ping me and if we can get the right telemetry I think I could whip up something that will connect regardless of what android phone.

The message preview notification is handled similarly in IOS and Android. The issue isn’t people seeing the notification, it’s that the content of the message being passed to the phone’s launcher. Which is unencrypted.
