Send as many applications as you can, yes, but ensure you’re spreading them out across companies. Also, if you have a social network, leverage it as much as possible. Or, speak with recruiters in your field.
I have decade+ experience in my field and only got ~5% response rate over a year. In fact, my now boss bypassed their HR to hire me because they couldn’t manage thousands of applications.

I’m sorry you had those experiences. That’s not fair. Those are NOT descriptions of helpful therapy.
Do you have a guess on what has contributed toward your symptoms? Very broadly here, nature (e.g., bipolar type 1) vs nurture (e.g., grew up in dysfunctional family)? If you have traumatic symptoms, have you considered a therapist specializing in trauma?
Am I being paranoid, unlucky or just expecting something that isn’t at all aligned with reality?

The “fine print” you added doesn’t say the automated transcript will be used for training a model. I’d highly, highly doubt HIPAA protected clinic notes would be use for training an LLM. If they did, the clinic would go bankrupt from lawsuits.
Also, if they only use AI for automated transcription, would you feel the same instead of “AI” it were a dedicated automated transcription tool?
If you abhor all things AI, your feelings of not continuing with this clinic are valid. However, I don’t think they are using AI in ways you think they are.
Can you ask how AI is used in the app?
Each stimulant med impacts people differently. Tell your prescribing doctor about your experiences and ask if you can try a different med, if you’re interested.
