  • I did some sugar baby-ing and fetish work at private events before I found the brothel and that involved a bunch of regulars and parties, but honestly the social aspect and having to maintain character for so long was just exhausting.

And negotiating payment and staying safe was also a constant battle as far too many guys would be like “but we’re friends now” and get upset when I’d say otherwise.

I would have quit sex work or probably gotten murdered tbh had I not found the brothel.

Despite the brothel taking half of each booking as payment the security there was great and the rooms were really practically designed, plus the place was heaving most of nights I worked too.

I had a few local guys there who’d see me weekly, mainly I think though as we shared an ethnicity/language which is really rare in that part of the world. I think they were just lonely more than anything else tbh, I’d say about half my bookings with them were usually just getting high, cuddling and talking.

Most of the clientel otherwise were parties of guys celebrating stuff and tourists, which with the prebooked 1 hour time slots, was pretty easy to deal with.

  • Toasted crumpets slathered in butter and marmite, or jam.

    Marmalade on sourdough toast.

Ploughmans sandwiches with good bread. (This one is not as good since going vegan though, as vegan butter is almost identical but the cheeses not so much.)

    Sticky toffee pudding

    Christmas pudding

    Roast potatoes

    Elderflower cordial

    Gin

Before going vegan I quite liked smoked makrel and various tinned fish on toast. Kedgeree was good too, but that’s a Scottish take on an Indian dish.

Idk I don’t really eat much ‘British’ food despite being born here, both my parents are immigrants from different countries.
