Not as much as I used to, sadly. I don’t remember what the first thing I volunteered for was but I suspect I started doing it because I was asked. I volunteered a lot more when I worked at a company that encouraged community service and would give their employees time to do volunteer work during business hours.

When I first started taking Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine) I felt similar. Most of the effects were positive. One of the not so great ones was that it kind of removed my verbal “restraint”, since I felt much more confident and much less anxious. For a while I had to keep a mental check on that that. Eventually my brain acclimated to the meds and everything leveled out. I’ve been taking the max dosage for years with no issues.
